Corrugated Cardboard Packaging Materials
We produce corrugated cardboard packaging for you.
Custom Processing and Sales of Corrugated Cardboard
Did you know that the average resident of a developed country uses around 25 kg of corrugated cardboard per year? This is mainly for packaging materials such as shipping boxes, regular slotted boxes, or cardboard grids and inserts. For nearly 150 years, corrugated cardboard has been an essential part of packaging as we know it today.
Corrugated cardboard accounts for about 95% of the input material in our packaging production. We offer all standard types of corrugated cardboard and their various combinations.
Cardboard Types We Process:
2-Ply (2VVL)
3-Ply (3VVL)
5-Ply (5VVL)
7-Ply (7VVL)

What Is Corrugated Cardboard?
Corrugated cardboard is made from natural raw materials—recycled or virgin wood pulp fibers—bonded together with a natural, starch-based adhesive. In Europe, the fibers come from renewable sources—sustainably managed forests—which helps preserve natural resources for both current and future generations. Cardboard is a natural alternative to fossil-based products. It comes from renewable resources and leaves no harmful residues.
We produce packaging and products for you from the following types of corrugated cardboard:
E, B and C Flute
EE, BE, BC, and AC Flutes

Production of Corrugated Cardboard Packaging Materials
We provide the manufacturing of corrugated cardboard packaging materials suitable for storing, packing, and securing goods. We produce slotted packaging, including cardboard pads, regular slotted boxes, grids, shipping boxes, and die-cut products (double-cut). Additionally, we offer custom die-cut packaging solutions. Our cardboard packaging materials are made in all sizes and available in small, medium, and large series.
We tailor carton packaging to your specific requirements. We carry out die-cutting, scoring, and folding of cartons. All cardboard products from our range can be printed upon request using flexographic printing in one to four colors.

We Care About the Environment
The most common form of paper recycling is its reprocessing. Paper is placed into large tanks of water, where it is broken down into a slurry-like consistency containing paper fibers. After impurities are removed, the mixture is applied onto a mesh to form the desired paper layer, which is then pressed and dried, as the mixture contains about 95% water. Paper can be recycled approximately six times, with each recycling shortening the paper fibers.
Most of our packaging and products are made from 100% recyclable material, primarily collected (recyclable) paper. Corrugated cardboard packaging has a significantly lower environmental impact and is also more cost-effective for customers compared to, for example, plastic packaging. During the production of all our packaging, we strive to minimize waste and exclusively use non-toxic adhesives and inks.
We are authorized to use the European RESY symbol, which guarantees the recycling of materials from all transport packaging and other paper-based packaging, cardboard, and corrugated cardboard. In the Czech Republic, we participate in the nationwide EKO-KOM system, which ensures sorting, recycling, and utilization of packaging waste at a high European standard.
